Domain setup
Add and verify sending domains for Vorynza Mail with DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and custom MAIL FROM.
A verified sending domain is required to send email through Vorynza Mail. Vorynza generates the DNS records needed to authenticate your domain.
Adding a domain
Add the domain you want to send from (e.g. mail.yourcompany.com). Vorynza creates the domain
identity with the email provider and generates the required DNS records.
DNS records
When you add a domain, Vorynza generates the following DNS records:

| CNAME | DKIM | DomainKeys Identified Mail — proves your domain authorised the message |
| TXT | SPF | Sender Policy Framework — authorised senders for your domain |
| TXT | DMARC | Domain-based Message Authentication — policy for unauthenticated mail |
| MX | MAIL FROM | Custom bounce domain (bounce.yourdomain.com) |
Add these records to your DNS provider. DNS propagation typically takes a few minutes but can take up to 48 hours depending on your provider.
Auto-configuration
If your domain is hosted by Vorynza DNS or a supported provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, IONOS, SquareSpace, Name.com), records can be configured automatically from the dashboard.
Verification status
The dashboard shows the status of each record and the overall domain status:
- Pending — Domain added, records not yet verified
- Verifying — DNS records being checked
- Verified — Domain is ready to send from
- Failed — Something is wrong with the DNS configuration
Retrying verification
If verification fails, check that the DNS records match exactly what the dashboard shows. Then use the retry option in the domain settings.
Domain statuses
